Old Malden Children's Centre - repair works and and installation of family hub

The council seeks to procure a minor repair works and installation Contractor for a Family Hub at Old Malden Children's Centre. The works comprise the refurbishment of the children's centre including structural alterations, new finishes and M&E works.

On completion, the Family Hub will provide families with a single access point to all the services and support they need at the earliest opportunity when they can have the biggest impact in securing the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

The Family Hub approach is aligned to, and part of, the wider council transformation programme.
