## Description

The Supplier will provide such legal advice and support in any of the areas of the work of the Department of Health and Social Care Legal Advisers \(DHSCLA\) to ensure that adequate legal resource is available to support the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, through the Department of Health and Social Care and its agencies and arm's length bodies\.
