GB-Middlesbrough: Mima Garden Pavilion Construction and Landscaping

Teesside University intends to add a garden pavilion to the external space of its MIMA building. Works are to be priced on a base tender which will be carried to the form of tender with additional works costed as priced options. Works are to be completed in March 2025.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
