Domestic Window Cleaning

Magenta Living is the largest registered housing provider in Wirral and a not-for-profit organisation, owning and managing just under 13,000 properties. Magenta Living has a requirement for domestic window cleaning works to it's: • communal areas located at its low-rise blocks of flats and individual units as identified in Schedule A;

• communal areas of its high rise blocks as identified in Schedule B and;

• individual flats and supported tenanted properties as identified in Schedule C. Please note there is also a requirement for cleaning to the external doors and windows in the communal staircases at one of Magenta Living's low-rise blocks of flats, Apollo Court. Details can also be found in Schedule C.
