## Description

Applicable to both blocks: Rewire all communal circuits to corridors, store cupboards, lobbies, lounges, hairdressers, kitchens, guestrooms, warden's offices, laundry rooms, stairwells, boiler rooms, bin rooms and common external areas\. Distribution Boards upgrades, replacement of plasterboard ceilings, installation of LED lighting\. Rates to include protection of all communal internal floor areas during the works\. Type and method of protection to be used shall be included within the method statement\. Any damage to the Corridors, Lobbies, grass/pathways and stairwells or any other communal areas of flooring or external flower beds caused by the Contractor shall be rectified by the Contractor at no cost to South Essex Homes\.
