Gorse Hill Primary Schools Event Car Parking Services

Description

There are several well established outdoor event facilities located within the Borough of Trafford. We have subsequently been asked by to facilitate the procurement for a contract to provide safe and secure car parking facilities for patrons attending the local events. Gorse Hill Primary School is approximately less than 1 mile from both locations and can cater for approximately 170 vehicles. The Provider will need to verify for themselves precisely how many vehicles they feel could be parked at the school and reflect this in their bid submission. The Purchaser would not pre-book any spaces, during event parking occasions, however consideration would need to be made with regards to School Activities prior to any event parking under this contract.
