Principal Contractor for Beeston Castle Gatehouse Project

The client wishes to develop the visitor facilities at Beeston Castle to cater for visitors of all needs. The roof areas require refurbishment and it was deemed appropriate to reconsider the design of the WCs in the project. This will be inclusive of localised lead repair, pointing and rainwater goods repair to gatehouse turrets and roof. New floor slab and roof to Beeston visitor and staff WCs including upgraded drainage, heating and interior fit out. Re-grading of exterior path. The project will form an exemplar project for English Heritage to demonstrate the new design for WC facilities to be rolled out across the UK.
