\*\*\*Modification of the Contract\*\*\* Contract Variation PS23209 001 is being varied to include the payment milestones for the provision of Services, there is no change to the contract value or term\. \*\*\*\*\* THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION \*\*\*\*\* This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6235 Space-Enabled and Geospatial Services DPS\. Brief Description of Requirement The UK Space Agency \(UKSA\) is looking for a supplier to produce a ten-year strategy for the NSpOC OBSERVE\* capability that is \(1\) fit for current and future purpose, \(2\) reflects the needs of stakeholders \(including HMG user requirements\), \(3\) is coordinated and integrated with existing strategies, \(4\) delivers value for money, and \(5\) provides a strategy which guides government investments in future R&D, hardware and software developments/procurements, and collaborations over the long-term\.
