## Description

This Tender is to set up a Measured Term Contract \(as Lot 1\) and a Framework Agreement for Small Works/Projects \(Lot 2\)\. Further details are available in the ITT\. Note that in the tender evaluation criteria the quality/price split is: 50%/50% for the MTC \(Lot 1\) and 70% \(Quality\)/30% Price for the Small Works Framework Agreement \(Lot 2\)\.
