Additional information: A pervious tender exercise for this requirement was undertaken in November 2019 under T0440\. This exercise received 3 tender responses but resulted in non-award of contract following completion of the evaluation process\. Following this, a direct approach to the market was undertaken and resulted in the award of this requirement\.
