## Description

City of Lincoln Council \(The Client\) has selected the EN: Procure Construction Consultancy Framework \(Gen4\) to procure Fire Risk Assessments for properties owned/managed by the client up to 3 years period with an option to extend further 3 years on sole discretion of the Client\. The contract is awarded as direct award via EN:PROCURE - Framework for Construction Consultancy services \(GEN4\) dated 23rd May 2025 with OJEU award reference 2025/S 000-021989 of Lot-13 Fire Risk Assessor services \(FRA\) as per Client MEAT assessment\. The Contract will commence on 1st October 2025 with completion date on 30th September 2031\.
