## Description

We, Greater Manchester Combined Authority \(GMCA\) on behalf of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service \(GMFRS\) are seeking proposals from suitably qualified providers for the provision of:- Hazardous Materials and Environmental Protection Officer \(HMEPO\) training\. Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service \(GMFRS\) is routinely called upon to take the lead in resolving a range of incidents involving hazardous materials\. In addition to conventional incidents involving hazardous materials, GMFRS also have a responsibility to respond to incidents involving the use of Chemical, Biological, Radiological or Nuclear materials\. Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service requires HMEPO training as detailed below:- • LOT 1 - HMEPO Initial Skills Acquisition Training Course • LOT 2 - HMEPO Instructor Training Course • LOT 3 - HMEPO Requalification \(refresher\) Training Course
