DH18022 - Property Valuation Service

Derby Homes Ltd (the Client) require valuations on potential acquisitions that we are hoping to purchase within the Derby area. The successful Bidder will be used to supplement the Client's existing arrangement with Derby City Council.

Bidders should provide a set fee (per property) including (but not limited to) all mileage, expenses, searches, etc.

Prices will be set for a the duration of the Contract Period, 12 months from the Contract Award date with the option to extend for a further 12 months (total of 24 months), depending on Service Provider performance and only at the Client's discretion.
