## Description

Derbyshire County Council is seeking a service provider\(s\) for the supply of Resettlement Support Services across Derbyshire, excluding Derby City\.\\r \\r This requirement is in two Lots -\\r Lot 1 - Integration and Support Services for Resettlement Schemes \(including UK Resettlement, Afghan Resettlement, etc\.\); and\\r Lot 2 - Mediation, Re-matching, and General Support Services for Homes for Ukraine \(HFU\) Scheme\\r \\r The contract is for 2 years \(1 June 2025 to 31 May 2027\) with the option to extend by two further periods of 1 year each\.
