2915/SW Kroto Lower Ground Remidiation

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for remediation works. The primary aim of the project is to undertake structural redamation works to the Kroto buildings lower ground floor plant rooms. The remediation works will involve the partial demolition of existing walls and the installation of the new wind posts and expansion joints. The plant room will remain in operation to serve the occupied Kroto building throughout the remediations works, this will require the works to be undertaken during out of hours.
