Personal Independence Payments

To work in partnership with DWP to deliver a new claims telephony service for customers wishing to make a new claim to Personal Independence Payment and customers currently paid Disability Living Allowance to make a new claim for Personal Independence Payment as part of programme for PIP reassessment. This is required to support growth in PIP demand as a result of the accelerated expansion of the managed reassessment of existing Disability Living Allowance cases programme of work.
