Thirteen Housing Group \(THG\) is inviting tenders from contractors for the refurbishment of 43 & 45 Doncaster Crescent, Ragworth, Stockton\. The project includes the following: • Removal and disposal of Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Systems\. • Removal of redundant Fire Safety Systems\. • Re-wire of properties, subject to testing\. • Installation of Kitchen, Bathroom and Heating Systems as described in attached schedules\. • General refurbishment works in attached schedules\.
