Work description
The British Council seeks to appoint an education evaluation supplier to help shape and implement the Connecting Classrooms through Global Learning programme monitoring and evaluation system and strategy over the three years of the Programme (2018-2021).
In order to demonstrate the impact of the Connecting Classrooms through Global Learning interventions, it is essential that a high quality monitoring and evaluation system is implemented. The CCGL monitoring and evaluation system and strategy has already been developed. It aims to ensure the Programme has the strongest possible approach to monitoring, measuring and assessing outputs, outcomes and impacts to inform continuous learning and ensure the British Council has the ability to report and fully demonstrate the Programme outcomes and impact in a robust way to all key stakeholders. This tender is to procure an evaluation supplier to lead on the implementation of the monitoring and evaluation system and strategy.
