## Description

Herefordshire Council currently commissions an Accommodation Based Support Service for Young People and the contract ceases on 31 March 2018\. There is a specific focus on care leavers and other young people over 16 to whom the council has a statutory duty\. The council would welcome interest from organisations with a proven track record in delivering and managing accommodation and support for vulnerable young people with moderate support needs\. The service must work towards developing or sustaining a young person's capacity to live independently\.
