Description

Provision of Expert Witness services on the Sandwich Town Tidal Defence project, relating to the Compensation Claim at King's Lodging, as advised by the Environment Agency's solicitors. Services to include; providing cost estimates of the proposed remedial works at the property as claimed by the property owners. Provision of an Expert Witness Report for use by the Upper tribunal, liaising with the Claimant's Expert Witness and agreement of a Joint Statement. Review of Claimant's report and Exchange of Questions between Experts including provision of responses to their questions and if necessary the production of Supplementary report(s). Allow for attendance at the Hearing in March 2026, assumed to last 10 working days.
