To aid the Highways England M25 DBFO Team and support their management of the DBFO Co process to identify a new Broker\. To provide assurance to the Highways England M25 DBFO Team that the Required Insurances have been renewed correctly and nothing detrimental to Highways England has occurred\. To provide assurance that if any gain / pain share is due to or payable by Highways England, such amount has been calculated correctly\.
