## Description

The University of West London has several sites in Ealing including campus at St Mary's Road which includes several interconnected buildings, Paragon House an 11-story building and Villiers House a 9-story building where the works are to take place\. The re-roofing is to replace the 'end of life' existing single layer ply roof and insulation\.
