FURTHER COMPETITION UNDER CCS RM6124 DPS COMMUNICATIONS MARKETPLACE

Rutland County Council tendered a single contractor for supporting the successful delivery of the Levelling up funding (LUF) programme, this includes: Support to Leadership at both Authorities on all aspects of the programme - to provide the right messaging and work alongside the LUF team and RCC comms team to build a communications plan identifying key communication

opportunity at fixed points in the programme. Promoting the programme - working with the programme team and the internal comms teams to put out communications under the Rutland / Melton /Levelling Up branding guidelines which will be provided.
