## Description

The Council is seeking a supplier to undertake a tenant profiling exercise to enable the Council to improve the customer data available\. This needs to be conducted so that the Council hold data that can be analysed and used by the Council to deliver services that meet our tenants needs in accordance with the requirements set out in the Social Housing \(Regulation\) Act 2013\. This work will include developing a communications plan and survey to be posted out to our tenant group of c\.5000 homes\. Please see RFQ and specification for further details\.
