Tenders are invited from firms that have the expertise and resources to provide consultancy services at Towneley Hall, Burnley. These services incluide:

Stage 1 Quinquennial Report on the condition of Towneley Hall and Craft Museum Preparation of a Maintenance Plan for priority works (A-C) with costs Statement of Heritage Significance & Hertage Impact Assessment Schedule of Significance Prepare a revised valuation of the building (excluding contents) for insurance purposes

Stage 2. Preparation of a Conservation Management Plan

Stage 3 Preparation of design, specification and schedules Submission of listed building consent(s) Assistance with procurement and contractor selection To appoint sub consultants and other specialists as required and to coordinate their input Contract supervision.
