25018 Cambridgeshire County Council - Homecare Recommissioning Consultancy Services (Call-off from ESPO 664-21 Consultancy Framework-Lot 4b Social Care (Adults)

Cambridgeshire County Council are seeking consultancy to produce robust homecare recommissioning recommendations and procurement model

Broadly, consultancy support is required to:

1) Progress our homecare transformation ambitions into a set of commissioning requirements with an accompanying business case, recommended procurement model and practice/process changes 2) recommend optimal contract management framework and performance indicators

Building upon work done to date, the recommendations must deliver the council's homecare transformation vision and ambitions, including those around self-directed support and CMEs. The recommendations should inform demand forecasts, consider commercial opportunities within Cambridgeshire's local care market, and learning from other local authorities across the UK.
