## Description

We wish to commission a further piece of opinion research to capture and explore in more detail the views of a politically resonant sample of the public relating to the role of councils in shaping local place and identity\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
