1-1107 Air Quality Innovation Sponsorhip Support

Highways England is looking to set up a Task to deliver technical and project management to the winning bids for the air quality innovation call. The Task will also support programme management of the Air Quality Designated Fund as it is transitioned into the Environment & Wellbeing Fund for this second Road Investment Period.

The aim of this contract is to support Highways England:

- To deliver technical and project management to the projects that were winners of the Air Quality Innovation Call through to their completion planned for August 2020. - To transition management of the air quality designated fund to internal resource in the Designated Funds Programme Management Office - To support the establishment of the Air Quality Leadership Group and the transition of pollution climate mapping (PCM) link mitigation reporting to Operations colleagues on that Group. Such activity supporting Government's National Air Quality Plan is reported monthly to the Office of Road & Rail (ORR).
