## Description

Contracts have been awarded for the T Level Professional Development Support: Strand 4 Knowledge Hubs Invitation to Tender\.The technical education reforms are a systemic change and an opportunity to create opportunities for learners to thrive in a competitive labour market by developing the skills that are valued by employers\.The reforms have created a technical education option that sits alongside the academic option \(e\.g\. A levels\) for post-16 learners\. Under the technical option, occupations with shared training requirements have been grouped together into 15 technical education routes\. New level 3 classroom-based technical study programmes - T Levels - have been created for each occupation or cluster of occupations within a route \(referred to as pathways\)\.This tender was for Strand 4 of the T Level Professional Development offer\. The focus of this work provides support for technical teachers, trainers, middle managers and leaders to embed learning and maximise the impact of CPD delivered in Strands 2, 3 and 5 of the T Level Professional Development offer\.
