Communities in the South Downs: Affordable Highways Solutions for towns and parishes within the South Downs National Park - AWARD

This is a two-year project intended to work with a number of pilot parishes to identify traffic issues in their communities, design a range of interventions to counter these issues, refine designs to comply with highway regulations and the landscape desires of the South Downs National Park Authority and assemble a catalogue of interventions along with a guidance document. Year 2 of the project is contingent on successful completion and sign off on the objectives of Year 1.
