## Description

The basis of the contract will include: o Investment management services for the Trust's charitable funds o The creation of a sufficient financial return to enable the Charity to carry out its purposes effectively and without interruption\. o The maintenance and enhancement of the investment funds whilst they are invested\. o To obtain a reasonable balance between capital growth and income so that the Charity can meet future as well as current needs\. o To avoid investments with undue risk\.
