Provision of Investment Management Services ( Charitable Funds)

The basis of the contract will include:

o Investment management services for the Trust's charitable funds

o The creation of a sufficient financial return to enable the Charity to carry out its purposes effectively and without interruption.

o The maintenance and enhancement of the investment funds whilst they are invested.

o To obtain a reasonable balance between capital growth and income so that the Charity can meet future as well as current needs.

o To avoid investments with undue risk.

The Trust intends to award to a single provider but reserves the right to award to more than one provider if appropriate.
