UHPLC system with UV and CAD to meet the following requirements\. - Call off under Framework 2714-1 Solvent mixing capable of creating accurate gradients suitable for running analytical UPLC and/or UHPLC and/or HPLC columns\. Quaternary solvent mixing capable of creating accurate gradients suitable for running analytical UPLC and/or UHPLC and/or HPLC columns\. Each pump should come with seal washers included\. Degassing capability should also be available\. Sampling module capable of drawing samples from vials and/or microtitre plates Sample module capable of temperature control, cooling and maintaining temperature lower than ambient\. A column compartment capable of heating and temperature control of analytical UPLC and/or UHPLC and/or HPLC columns Connection\(s\) to column\(s\) that have integrated fittings and ferrules UV-VIS detector UV-VIS detector - Variable Wavelength Detector \(VWD\) UV-VIS detector -Tunable UV \(TUV\) detector UV-VIS detector - Diode Array Detector / Photodiode Array \(DAD/PDA \) Fluorescence detector Charged aerosol detector \(CAD\) Refractive index detector Triple detection system \(e\.g\. detection sytem that combined light scattering, refractive index and viscometer detectors\) Nitrogen Gas generator for Charged Aerosol detector Fraction collector capable of integrating with HPLC and/or UHPLC system
