ESMCP - Exit and Transition Services

Provision of Exit and Transition Services to enable the continuation of key activities for the ESMCP programme, procured via a direct call-off from RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework 3 (MCF3) Lot 2: Strategy and Policy. Services will support a controlled handover to the new Technology Delivery Partner (TDP), awarded in April 2024, and will ensure ESMCP delivery timescales are not jeopardised.

The specific areas to be supported are as follows: key Procurement activity, Financial Planning and Business Case activity, Enabling Projects activities, a very limited scope of associated PMO activity to support all areas. These services are essential to maintain progress of key procurement workstreams within ESMCP.
