eNlighten - Oracle Cloud Managed Service

Description

Norfolk County Council (NCC) implemented Oracle Cloud ERPM and HCM in 2022. NCC had a requirement for an Oracle Support partner around service administration, release management and technical and functional support and has appointed a provider who will deliver the required support. The contract was awarded under G-Cloud 13. There is the right in the contract to extend the contract by a further 12 months at a cost of £256,500 plus indexation not including VAT. Additional information: The value excludes VAT.
