## Description

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council has an in-house Enforcement Agency Service for retrieving monies from debtors\. The proposed contract seeks to identify two further enforcement agency contractors to manage more complex cases and cases that are out of the area on behalf of Stockton Council\. Work between the contractors will be distributed evenly and performance monitored as described in the Service Specification and the Special Terms and Conditions of the contract\.
