## Description

The Authority is in the process of implementing a UK and worldwide print strategy\. This will involve reducing the model range to 3 devices based on a small, medium and large printing device at 240vAC\. Consumables will be procured and installed by the Authority; minor maintenance will be carried out by internal IT support engineers\. The Authority wishes to procure the provision of 'Printers and Multi-Functional Devices \(MFD\)s' for a period of four years, with an option to extend for a further one-year extension period on a call off contractual basis\. During this contractual period, the Authority will call-off further provision for future purchases\. The maximum call-off value of this contractual period is £3,800,000\.00\. Procurements will be made by committed spends\.
