DDaT EUC MFD Printers and Multi Functional Devices (MFD) 240v ( Osprey Sept 23)

Description

The Authority is in the process of implementing a UK and worldwide print strategy. This will involve reducing the model range to 3 devices based on a small, medium and large printing device at 240vAC. Consumables will be procured and installed by the Authority; minor maintenance will be carried out by internal IT support engineers. The Authority wishes to procure the provision of 'Printers and Multi-Functional Devices (MFD)s' for a period of four years, with an option to extend for a further one-year extension period on a call off contractual basis. During this contractual period, the Authority will call-off further provision for future purchases. The maximum call-off value of this contractual period is £3,800,000.00. Procurements will be made by committed spends.
