Psychological Safety and Leadership Review

Description

The Buyer is looking for a supplier to explore the issue of psychological safety further with external expert support. Such an approach would allow for more objective assessment and robust challenge where this is needed. An external provider would work in close partnership with senior leaders and the HR team. We are seeking a proposal to cover: • a more in-depth assessment of the current landscape around psychological safety amongst the senior leadership cadre. • a written report of this assessment to be provided to the National Statistician, Second Permanent Secretary, and People and Business Services Director. • a set of recommendations to improve the experience of psychological safety for both our senior leaders, and all colleagues more broadly.
