## Description

The Supplier will be responsible for the Depreciated Replacement Cost \(DRC\) Asset Valuation contract for Resource Accounting purposes for the Council\. The asset valuations required to be valued under the general five year rolling programme on a Depreciated Replacement Cost \(DRC\) basis \(not leased in assets\) to have a valuation date of 31st December 2024 \(for the financial year 2024/25\) and 31st December 2025 \(for the financial year 2025/26\)\.
