The Provision of Mental Capacity Act including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Training

The purpose of this contract is to design and deliver a tailored programme of Mental Capacity Act including Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (MCA & DOLS) learning for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust staff. The aim of the programme is to provide working knowledge of the MCA/DOLS as well as ensure an up to date understanding of the legislation and equip staff to apply this in practice in their service context, in line with trust policies and procedures.
