## Description

Cambridge City Council \(CCC\) and South Cambridgeshire District Council \(SCDC\) are seeking a software provider to develop a 3D model for Cambridge City and its environs \(as defined in Appendix 1\)\. Detailed proposals are now invited from consultants comprising three parts: The preparation of a 3D interactive model for Cambridge City and its environs which includes the identified strategic viewpoints located across the city and its fringes\. A detailed implementation plan outlining how the software provider will support the roll out of the product to planning officers from across the service \(approximately 80 officers\)\.
