HCC - 08/19 - The Provision of Emergency Residential Placements for Children and Young People Aged 9-17 with Challenging and Complex Needs - AWARD

Hertfordshire County Council (\"the Council\") are currently out to procurement for the provision of emergency residential placements for Children and Young People aged 9-17, with challenging and complex needs.
