GB-Colchester: Office Refurbishment

Suitably Qualified and Experienced Contractors are invited to tender for this office refurbishment project at Greenstead Local Housing Office in Colchester. The scope of works will comprises of Internal refurbishment of Reception Office, Entrance Lobby and Toilets as per the plans provided.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Expressions of Interest must be made by 17:00 Hrs on 26th February 2016. Completed tenders must be submitted in Hard copy and electronically by 12:00 (noon) on Monday 29th February 2016.
