Magenta Living is seeking to appoint up to 4 contractors as a pool of available void property cleaning and clearance service providers to support its in-house team\. The service will include the clearance of domestic properties \(untenanted but some tenanted\), gardens, communal areas etc and the proper disposal of waste\. re-usable items are expected to be recycled\.
