Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust ("NGH") has on [ ] August 2020 entered into a suite of documents providing for the grants of underleases of areas of land comprised within the Main Entrance and Retail Development at Northampton General Hospital (the "Development") following practical completion of that Development.
