## Description

As part of the ongoing maintenance and management of the campus the College wishes to engage suitably qualified Consultants to undertake the Stage D onwards process for the Colleges Capital projects over the remaining Property strategy through to 2021 on all of the Colleges Campuses across a 17 mile stretch of the Fylde coast\.
