Work description
The proposed scheme includes the demolition of the existing library in Wath upon Dearne and the creation of a brand-new library in its place to provide a modern, inviting, and inclusive community facility. The redevelopment also includes improved public realm and provision of a new commercial unit in order to enhance connectivity and visibility of the town centre offer.
This is a two-stage tender for stage 1 Pre-Construction Services and Stage 2 Works progressed as a further competition via NEPO207 Construction Works Framework.
Stage 1 awarded for 21/07/2025 to 23/02/2026 for £388,074, option to extend into stage 2 works for an estimated 15 months.
