Place Based Advertising exclusive arrangement with a media owner to provide and maintain small format place-based advertising across the Council's geography on Council-owned land, providing internally illuminated and digital Advertising and Non-advertising Bus Shelters, together with free standing Digital Information Panels \(the Services\)\.
