Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heat Pumps Repairs, Maintenance and Servicing

Annual servicing and 24 hour responsive repairs to Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heat Pumps to a wide range of non-domestic public buildings within the Southend Borough, including care homes, libraries, schools and museums. The maximum response time required for emergency works under this contract is 2 hours and contractors applying must have the capacity to attend to several emergency calls at the same time. The duration of the contract will be three years with an option of a 1+1 year extension.
